Coxley Grange, Wakefield

In December 2017, we secured Planning Permission for an approx. 8,000sqft replacement dwelling for owner / occupier clients, set in 12 acres of greenbelt near Wakefield. Working together with Spawforths Planning Consultants and Urban Green, we were able to navigate a difficult Planning process, to achieve a well proportioned family home for our clients, which responds to the existing topography and mill pond with the picturesque woodland surroundings. Our full Design Team has been working hard on the detailed design of this high quality bespoke family home. We are delighted to say that a start on site commenced January 2019 and we look forward to working with Richard Graham, who is well known in the area for the top quality of his construction and attention to detail.
