These 62 properties, comprising of 26 three bed houses and 36 one bed apartments for Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd., are part of Greater Manchester’s Spatial Framework (GMSF) for boosting house building, employment and economic growth by 2037. Jigsaw Group are one of the largest housing associations in England, they are well placed to respond to challenges, including welfare reform, poverty and social exclusion. They are committed to tackling the housing crisis and homelessness, by building more affordable homes for people to rent and buy.

The architectural style of the scheme is a contemporary and traditional mix, which is reflected in the materials being used. Different types of brick are complimented with a selection of render and natural slate on the pitched roof, to provide continuity throughout the development and sit well in relation to adjacent developments.
