A very complex tight site in Manchester's Northern Quarter, saw Manchester City Council support the part 11, 8, 7 and 5 storey development, after almost a year of negotiations with the Planners, civic bodies and local residents.

The scheme provides 38 mixed sized apartments, over 200sqm of boutique style retail units at street level.
