NC Architecture were approached by our Client to obtain Planning Permission for and detail, a luxury multiple housing estate. The scheme we developed included the demolition of an existing dwelling to create four uniquely styled family homes of approx. 5,000sqft each. They were designed in the classic Georgian style, reminiscent of the former house that existed.
Beautiful attention to detail was applied throughout the scheme, as the accommodation in each property is spectacular, with one of the plots being bespoke and designed to include a swimming pool and gymnasium.
All benefit from five bedrooms, fitted dressing, en-suites, superb kitchen / day rooms, studies, galleried stairways and landings, plus orangery / conservatories.
