This site is located within Newcastle-under-Lyme Town Centre and within Newcastle Town Centre Conservation Area. This stunning new design will feature powder coated aluminium cladding panels, full height glazing to common areas, terraces for breakout social spaces, as well as quiet reading areas. Designed with sustainability in mind, air source heat pumps will absorb heat from the outside air to heat the building. Photovoltaics will be installed on the roof of the building, to maximise the large surface area of the roof and generate energy to subsidise the electrical energy usage within the building, Solar control glazing will be used to prevent overheating inside.
